Block 10 is the next development in the pipe line on our popular Bretton Green site that we will be starting later on this year. This will compromise of 3 new build flats that like the rest of the site will offer great transport links as well as local shops within walking distance.
Towards the end of 2015 we started a development called Guthrie House in Bretton, Peterborough. Originally an office block which we are converting and expanding into 17 new flats including a top floor pent house. The aim of the site layout is to create a development of simple, well designed dwellings to complement the existing buildings on the estate, it will be designed and constructed utilizing the best practice environmental design affording excellent thermal insulation levels targeted to exceed the minimal building regulations.

There are excellent road links with easy access to the A1. Peterborough Train Station is approximately 3 miles away which provides a direct high speed rail link to London Kings Cross. The local bus service is a short 5 minute walk from the site as is Bretton Centre which includes a post office and supermarket as well as other shops.
