Our principle Chartered Engineer at Bretton Green Ltd has been working in the building industry since 2002 and has overlooked various projects with our sister companies during this time, he adds vast knowledge and experience to Bretton Green Ltd.
Field Close, Collyweston
Field Close is a small development which our principle Chartered Engineer project managed for Conquest Homes LLP, it constists of 5 Luxury detached houses and four smaller dwellings at the top of the road. It's situated in the charming village of Collyweston, just outside of Stamford.
The Drill Hall, Oundle
The Drill Hall was a conversion of an old building into 8 luxury apartments, our principle Chartered Engineer project managed this site on behalf of Conquest Midland Ltd. The apartments were finished to an extremely high standard and we continue to get compliments on the work that we did.
Bretton Green, Peterborough
Bretton Green originally consisted of 9 office units which have all been converted into a selection of well designed one and two bedroom flats. Located close to Peterborough hospital and a variety of shops, the site has excellent transport links to the A1 and Peterborough train station. This site was very popular with investors and was responsible for our biggest day of trading in 12 years.
Baxters Lane, Easton on the Hill
Baxters Lane consisted of 9 detached houses built by one of Bretton Green Ltd's sister companies. Each of the 5 bedroomed properties was constructed of stone under a slate roof.
Coppice Farm, Quenniborough
This project was completed by one of Bretton Green Ltd's sister companies. Coppice Farm was a development of 5 luxury barn conversions finished to a high standard of environmentally-friendly features.
New Cross Road, Stamford
This small development of 3 townhouses and 2 flats was designed by a local Stamford man to reflect the history of this Northfields part of Stamford and was constructed by one of Bretton Green Ltd's sister companies. The development is situated in a conservation area.
St Leonards Street, Stamford
In 2009 one of Bretton Green Ltd's sister companies took on a project in St Leonards Street known as Pauleys Court. Despite problems generally in the housing market at this time a great deal of interest was created in the site and the properties sold very quickly. The development consisted of 9 units with secure parking behind electronic gates. Each property was built to a very high standard.
